Taste of the World is Eau Claire’s most diverse potluck/restaurant experience. Each year around 100 people gather with their neighbors to share in food from all around the world, accompanied by live music. Our menu typically includes around 60 dishes from 25 countries.
Diners reserve by telling us what ethnic dish they will be bringing. Admission is by contributing a dish and a suggested donation of $8/person. The World Cultural Center provides beverages, facilities and entertainment. Arrive around 6 pm, add your dish to the buffet, enjoy some music and activities, and sit down to dine around 6:30 pm. About 7:45 pm we’ll shift to coffeehouse mode, a time for music, desserts and beverages – and an opportunity to get to know some of your neighbors. Reserve your place at the table now.
